Easy to assemble. The comfort of an expensive executive chair, without a huge cost. Very comfortable to sit in. Back is high enough to rest neck, and is good on my back.

I dont know how the other viewers were able to assemble this chair. The arm rests do not sit flush against the sides of the back as shown in the photos. The design of the arm rests makes it impossible. There is no way to attach the screw on the top of the arm rest to the back. The screws provided are not long enough. Even if they were long enough they would show making it very unsightly. This chair was a huge waste of my hard earned money and I’m returning it and won’t purchase this brand again.

I had this chair for a year and kept wanting to unlock at the base when relaxing. The side of the bottom started to come apart. This is not a good chair for long term at all.
