My husband and I recently in the past few years, have started a side business and we sell custom wood furniture and decor. We do all of the designs by ourselves and we like to keep blueprints of our pieces for future use and have struggled with a good way to organize and store them. I came across this file storage organizer and knew that it would work perfectly for what we were needing for our business. Putting it together was easy, as everything is marked and easy to follow the directions and assemble. I was able to put it together in less than 15 minutes, and immediately fell in love with how sturdy and durable this organizer is. The wood is dark and has a nice pattern to it, and it goes nicely in my crafting room. There are 50 compartments included in this organizer, and that is more than enough room for what we need! I have to mention that there are wheels included so this is an easily movable organizer. It is really handy to be able to wheel this where I need, as it makes it less of a hassle to move stuff around when needed. There is nice plastic protective strips included that you put on top of the compartments, which makes the inserts a lot sturdier and will be able to handle a lot more wear. I love how this looks, and how professionally organized my crafting room looks. I am able to easily remove my blueprints and plans, and then put them back when I am done. I have never used an upright system, but will say that this makes it much more streamlined, and easier to utilize. This organizer is not bulky at all, yet is a nice size to hold lots of blueprints. There is handles included on the sides for if you need to carry this organizer, which is very handy. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a file organizational system, this one is great!

For me it worked amazing for my families business. We sell lots of things, including posters. We needed a way to easily store them, while keeping all the same kind together- and this is perfect! Not only does it keep us organized, it reduced a pile of mess into a stylish organized system. I love the durable material, color matches our store perfectly, and the wheels and handles make it a breeze for any of us to move when needed.

This was very easy to assemble, although a bit heavy. Being heavy is not a bad thing, it just means that it is made with good quality materials. There are so many uses for this item, in and out of the office. It is great organizing large documents and keeps them very tidy and easy to find. The wheels and handles combined make it very easy to move from room to room if necessary. I love this and am going to get more for my home, there are so many things I can imagine using this for in my home!

The AdirOffice Mobile Wood Blueprint Roll File is great for organizing a variety of materials. When I first received the unit, I read the instructions and set up all the pieces to be put together. I feel that the instructions could use improvement. I tried to use common sense putting it together, but still managed to put two of the pieces on backwards. The boards aren’t labeled very well, but each piece is different so it’s easy enough to match them to the pictures in the instruction booklet. The stickers provided to cover the screws are very thick and feel strong. Once the organizer is put together, it feels very sturdy. The wheels did not move smoothly as I hoped, no matter what I did the wheels seemed to stick instead of roll. Overall, this organizer is a great addition and very useful.

I’m a big crafter. This looked like it would be great for my rolls of paper, vinyl, and other various rolled materials.
This is definitely a two person job- to put together. It is heavy- I would suggest putting it together in the vicinity that you want to keep it. You can use the wheels or opt out.
This is a great item. It keeps my paper and Vinyl from wrinkling.
If you want to use it for its original intention- I could see it being wonderful for blueprints!

I’ll start by saying this product does what it said it would, so big plus there. The outer box is sturdy and simple to prop up. The inner pieces are a bit more complicated; the instructions themselves were a bit confusing as they included the how-to on another model, the pieces didn’t exactly fit perfectly, and the sliding ‘guides’ didn’t really slide in place. The box should’ve only taken 10 mins to put together but it took me 30 because I kept doubting myself!
Overall, it set out to do what it was supposed to but it left more to be desired.

The 12-slot upright roll file corrugated box is a nice size. I know it’s typically used for rolled up plans but I found another use for it that worked for me, I used it as an organizer for all my wrapping paper! It keeps it so organized and clean looking, I also used some of the other slots to put the tape and some ribbon. It also doesn’t take up too much room. I’m sure there are other ways this can be used as it is versatile. Love it and would definitely recommend to keep things organized.

This is such a handy box to keep all my photography backdrops that are rolled up organized. It is made of strong cardboard. It is easy to put together with the easy-to-follow instructions. The compartments are reinforced with the plastic bars that come with the box to keep everything in place. It also has rubber footing to keep it from slipping. The box is made of durable and sturdy cardboard with a stylish walnut wood grain finish. It has a nice compact size, so it is easy to store in my home office. Highly recommend it!

Thankful for finding this box So much easier to find my projects and my desk is so clean Simple to put together and suprisingly sturdy. I ended up getting 3 more (we do alot of plans for gas stations) and use them as clints drop off and pick up.

I utilize this corrugated box for my vinyl that I utilize for my cricut! It is super easy to put together. I am able to keep all of my vinyl, posters, etc in an easy organized way. This is the best type of box to purchase if your trying to organize lots of vinyl; or anything!

This is amazing! I have been trying to find the best way to organize all of the vinyl rolls and spray paint cans to minimize the clutter in my craft room / office and this rolling organizer is the answer. Packaging was tight and secure so no pieces were shuffling around during shipping. The easy to read instructions made assembly quite simple, one screwdriver was all that was needed. Once together the dark mahogany has a nice smooth finish making it easy to clean, but best of all no slivers of wood that could damage my supplies. The heavy cardboard inserts are included and are used to divide the space into compartments with heavy rubber overlay that help keep them in place and protect the cardboard. As shown, I have removed the forward most insert to make for a larger space in front. Finally it rolls away easily making the area much cleaner and more organized.

I have a lot of rolls of paper that I needed to store. Piling them on top of each other on a shelf just wasn’t working for me anymore and I wanted an affordable solution that kept things organized better. This product solves my issues but it’s not exactly aesthetically pleasing. The faux wood grain is actually darker than pictured. It’s just cardboard with a cheap wood grain paper on one side. I wish they could have just offered in it solid white or solid black or even just natural cardboard color. Any of these would be a huge improvement on dated fake cherry “wood”. The cardboard slots will work for me for my rolls of paper but I think it would be too flimsy if you are trying to store anything heavier (dowels, etc). It comes packed flat and it took about 5-10 minutes to assemble. On mine, the diagonal corner pieces were smooshed on the tips in shipping which made it difficult to slide on the plastic covers. It’s fine for my needs but I just wish it wasn’t such an eyesore in my office.

This product comes in pieces that need to be assembled. It was somewhat difficult to assemble, but not too bad. It would be easier if you had a second person to help hold things while you line up all the slots. Also, some of the plastic pieces that slide over the cardboard were extremely hard to put on. I actually got a few paper cuts trying to slide them on. I figured out that wearing work gloves for this part makes it much easier, as the reason why it’s so hard to slide on the plastic pieces is the plastic is digging into your hand. After putting on gloves it was much much easier! When assembled it looks pretty nice, although it is annoying that the background behind all the slots is white except for the back row where the background is cardboard. The outside of the container does look a lot like wood although it is only cardboard, so that is nice. Overall it is good for storing rolls of paper but it somewhat frustrating to assemble and could looks nicer with some improvements.

My office was really in need of some organizing and this AdirOffice – Mobile Wood Roll File Storage Organizer was exactly what we needed. When it arrived it was very heavy in the box but with some help getting it to my office I was able to put it together by myself with ease and now that it is on casters the weight is not an issue. This roll file organizer is very sturdy and should stand up to our hectic office setting.

I got this to store my christmas wrapping in and it works just great. The materials are good quality and seem to hold up well. The box was pretty easy to assemble, however the plastic bars that go on the siding where not the easiest to put in. The box is also light so its easy to move around.

What a remarkable add to the office. I am finally more than organized with this nicely wood furnished and on wheels roll file storage organizer. No more piles of files laying around. This product can be used for so much more though. I plan on purchasing more for at home purposes. I know it will be great to store wrapping paper and posters that I collect, and so much more. Considering this is a cardboard box that I had to fold together to assemble (it ships flat) it is surprisingly solid and secure once it is together. It sits nice and flat on the floor and holds rigid even when full of rolled architectural plans in my office. It is a nice, cost effective solution for active job storage and organization.

This item is very nice and works well for my intended usage. In many cases this organizer is used for storing blueprints but because I am a crafter, I felt that it would be awesome to use to hold my vinyl sheets and rolls and I was correct. The color of my organizer is black so it goes well with pretty much any setting. The product was simple to put together, the only thing that I struggled with was putting the inserts together. They are cardboard and so they weren’t as sturdy as they could have been so it was hard to put them (they are different sizes) together. Once I got them together, it was a breeze. The organizer is on 4 wheels which is great mso that I am able to move it around my craft area easily or to other rooms. Since you have to put the organizer together, you could easily leave the inserts out to use it any various ways for storage. The height of the organizer is short enough that it can be placed under a table if needed. It also has side handles that will help move it around from different areas. This cart will make life a lot easier for me!

I got this for my wife to organize wrapping paper and it’s great! It was very easy to build. You can easily see and access all the roles. It has caster wheels at the bottom that allow you to move it easily. I think you could probably replace the wheels pretty easily with soft rubber caster wheels if you wanted to preserve your floor. It’s a little heavy, so i’m not sure those handles will get used that often though. Overall, we love this thing!

I thought this organizer would be perfect for storing wrapping paper, so this is what I had in mind for it. I do a lot of paper crafting and package wrapping so I have a lot of paper rolls and no place to store them.
First off, you need to know this product is a little heavy, so it was a little tricky for me to bring in the house. I only weigh about 100 lbs. Second, I couldn’t have done this without the help of my husband and his tools. While it is not like a very complicated piece of furniture, it still needs putting together and it is more of a two people job. I helped hold the pieces, while my husband was putting them together.
You need to have a drill, because holes are not drilled all the way through, so you cannot add the screws. With a drill, however, that only takes seconds. We also used an electric screwdriver for easy assembly. We decided not to add the wheels yet, so instead we started with Step 2 – assemblying the sides of the organizer. With my husband’s help, it did not take very long. Once we put it together, we had to add the dividers. It was almost like playing a game. It takes some patience. Once you put together at least one horizontal divider and a vertical one, you should add it to the organizer, so you can add the rest of them. That was my favorite part. The last step, not so much. You have to secure the dividers in place by adding these plastic protective strips. That turned out to be quite challenging, until my husband decided to stretch them a little. That made the whole process a lot easier. You just have to be careful with the corners of the dividers, because they bend easily and you don’t want to ruin them. But once the protective dividers are in place, they will stay there and I don’t think we’ll have any more issues.
In the end, it was kind of a fun project to do together. My husband loved the organizer so much that he decided to use it in his workshop to store wood and guitar necks (he builds guitars) and it works perfect for it. It looks nice too.
I think this organizer is perfect for people who are into various crafts. You can even store large tubes of washi tape, small rolls of fabric, craft paper etc.

I got this because I collect posters and I had no way of organizing them. Before this they were just rolled and thrown in boxes. Now, all my posters are nice and neat and all in one place. I only gave 4 stars because, while the outside is made well and easy enough to put together, the dividers are pretty flimsy, I expected them to be a bit more sturdy, especially since the unit is so heavy. Also, took 3 of us to hold and place the dividers and was kind of a pain to get the white, rubber strips on.
All in all, a great organizer that should last for years and years.

The AdirOffice organizer was exactly what I needed for my business. I deal with a lot of large vinyl rolls that need to be properly maintained and stored in order to be protected from heat and other external factors. The role storage organizer makes it easy to store and find the rolls I need for a specific job. The only con I have is that the the box was extremely large and heavy, which will require two people to move, but once assembled it is perfect. The wood finish makes is aesthetically pleasing.

I received a 12 slot Upright Roll File Corrugated Box and it is a great product to use to stay organized. It came with easy to read instructions that made it so easy to put together! It is made from sturdy cardboard with a wood finish,making it look like it is made from wood. It has 12 slots ,at different heights,that make keeping your large documents near and easy to find. My blueprint roll file was very easy to assemble directions were easy to fallow It’s also very easy to move around giving that it comes with wheels and the handles it has on each side. It has a bit of weight to it but the wheels on the bottom help a lot so that I don’t have to pick it up when needed to be moved I also love the color looks very elegant. It’s great for keeping blueprints and or wrapping paper. I would definitely purchase more and would definitely recommend this product 100 percent.
