The chair wheels barely move on their own, the top literally sits on top of the bottom with nothing holding the pieces together and it’s horribly scratched my floor.

Nice, sturdy chair for the money. Paint rubs off the top of the arms if pushed into contact with underside of the desk.

The material is incredibly uncomfortable. I have a seat cushion over the cushion of the chair so that I can spare my legs the abrasive material. The back of the chair sometimes extends too far back to the point that it’s as if I have a recliner fully reclined. I am buying another chair to replace this one.

Terrible customer service and poorly made product. For an $86.00 chair you would think the arm material would not start to come off after putting together and using it for only 2 days..Will not buy anymore of their products.

Comfortable chair attractive chair. Assembly was not mind boggling. In this day of unassembled furniture products, some products are pricey for the work involved and quality of the end result. This one looks good, sits comfortably, and was not overpriced.
