I’ve re-read the manual to build the chair, taken it apart, and rebuilt it, but for some reason it is VERY loud. Minor shifts in body weight make loud clunky noises that are annoying when heard all day. If this chair was quiet, it would be 5 star for me, but the annoyance factor outweighs the comfortable rating.
