This executive chair with padded fixed arms is made with an upholstery material called LeatherPlus, which is a leather infused with polyurethane and boast a sturdy 27 In. nylon base with 2 In. nylon dual wheel Caressoft. The chair also offers a spring tilt mechanism which allows one to change the angle of the entire seat relative to the floor and allows one to transfer some of the upper body weight to the backrest of the chair. I bought 4 of these 5 yrs back and now with use needed to upgrade they are teh same ones that I bought for $300 in a local Furnture store, VERY comfortable, well built feel its a bestbuy , look great never broke with lots of use
