This chair has zero upper back support. The lower back support sticks out so far that your upper back never even touches the back. It’s totally uncomfortable.

This is the second chair and both times the seam ripped in the same spot on the kneeling part, within less then a month. Nice chair, but poor quality, needs more durable fabric and seams.

Chair is very sturdy and comfortable. Would have been 5 stars but assembly was a challenge. Leather kept screws from starting in threads. Once we figured this out assembly proceeded with little frustration.

I will never buy this chair again got in the mail missing parts can’t put it togather thy screw me twice that it no more kneeling chair again don buy frim this store.

Instructions were simple. a couple of frames had sharp edges, which had to be trimmed off. The screws were not well aligned and on every chair, at least one of the screws could not be inserted all the way, no mater how I tried. The frame bases were uneven on all 3 chairs making them rock slightly. Uncomfortable to sit.
