I ordered this shelf , assuming it would be the color shown. The shelf I received is no where near this color, it looks like unfinished wood without any sign of being stained or given a finish coat.

it is the perfect size and what I really like was no putting together. Just take out of the box and it falls into place. I am handicapped so this was a big selling point. Plus I live in a small space and needed it for canned goods.

Nice, stylish book case. Color is even throughout the piece, so no light/dark spots. Easy to unpack and “assemble”. “Assemble” meaning opening the right/left sides and laying down the shelves onto the pins that hold them in horizontal position. So easy and convenient.

I’m disabled, paralyzed from the chest down and git ’round inna wheelchair. Therefore, things take considerably longer to do than they used to…prior to being paraplegic. I found meself (sic) in need of a small bookshelf, to hold summa me books of course, when I noticed this “folding” shelf on sale in one of online ads. The blurbage next to its photo made no mention of “assembly needed”…so I immediately held a hand to my forehead and nearly swooned. Naturally, I ordered one up and hoped for the best. It wasn’t something they kept in stock, so it took about five days to reach me, no big deal. Upon receiving this little beauty, I popped open one end of the box, flipped it over, and it slipped out nicely onto the floor. It was nicely wrapped in a foam sheet, secured by a couple of straps that were easily popped loose. Holding my breath in anticipation, the sides of the shelf opened like wings and the three shelves dropped into place. Just like that, I had meself a bookshelf. Cool. Oh, it’s got rubber-protected pins on top at the four corners for stacking another identical shelf on top, with L-brackets included for securing it to the wall….thinking ahead, I like that.
