The drawer are strong and durable. All my crafting items are now in one place

The positive: I have a small business at home, and this allows me to be better organized. There’s a place for everything, and my desk is no longer buried!
The negative: About 4 of the 10 smaller drawers don’t fit well and come out of the metal tracks/guides whenever opened. I have measured and tested all of the drawers in all positions and even tried inserting them on the reverse side. No matter what I try, it only seems to happen with the smaller drawers and mostly in the center of the unit. I can only conclude that it’s probably the frame that is off. Tightening the screws seems to help a little, but not completely; I’m guessing because the screws are only at the top and bottom, and there is no bar you can tighten in the middle. Doesn’t seem to happen with the larger drawers on the left. Incidentally, my sister said she purchased one of these a couple of years ago for her classroom,, and she had the same exact problem. Wish they would fix this flaw in the design, but as aggravating as it is, it is worth it to be this well organized!
