the chair has been delivered but it has not been assembled though I pad 20.00 dollars assembly fee.. I do not know how to assemble it nor is there anyone in my house who can assemble it. I am very DISSAPPOINTED!

Too low. The arm rest and the built of the chair is the complete opposite of ergonomic; not comfortable at all! Highly disappointed considering i bought it as a surprise gift for my husband, and wasted time setting it up. Returning ASAP!

I like The chair, but I feel that there could be more padding, especially in the seat area.

I have a pull-out keyboard tray below my desk and FOR YEARS I have been looking to replace my old and absolutely perfect, comfortable (but decidedly worn out and disgusting) chair. It is SO hard to find a chair low enough that the arms will fit underneath a pull-out keyboard. For the past 5 or 6 years, I have purchased, put together, and returned more chairs than I can count because of this issue. But this one is nearly perfect. It is comfy. The arms fit below the keyboard tray. But OMG! Who built the tilt regulator??? At max looseness the best I can do is (maybe) rock back and forth a little bit. But there is no way I can actually lean back for a little comfort & relief during my long work days. The tilt tension is WAY TOO TIGHT to be able to say it tilts. While that is actually a big issue for me, I have decided to keep the chair – because my “oldie-goldie” is probably due for a blow-out in the near future – like throwing off a rolling castor or having it lean back far enough to tip over. LOL! I hope this review helps. And if you have any tips on how to loosen up the tilt on my new chair, feel free to share! Happy Shopping:)
