I like this chair, but it’s not perfect. I wish it were slightly shorter but it could be comfortable for a taller person. I am 5’6” for reference. Additionally, some of the screws threading seemed messed up. Two of my screws refused to screw-in after a certain point. The company may be able to send replacement parts but I didn’t want to bother with trying since everything was secured enough for me! Finally, I would like to praise Ergo Chair for their customer service! I went to their website and they directed me to a Youtube video on how to put the chair together which really helped!
