Very satisfied with this bookshelf. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. I’m an older woman and I did it myself with the one screwdriver included with the parts. After I purchased the first bookshelf, I like it so well I purchased another a short time later. The second one had two missing rods that are used to hang file folders in the bottom drawer. I called customer service and they directed me to their website to fill out the parts request form and they responded right away. I’m very satisfied with this product. The outer box was pretty scuffed up during transport, even ripped at some corners and edges as it is a very heavy box. But it was packaged so well inside with corner protectors and adequate styrofoam that no damage was done to any of the pieces.

Cheap particle board that was chipping off as I built it. Directions were a joke. Had to tear it apart 3 times because parts weren’t labeled and the placement wasn’t correct in the directions. One part wasn’t even on the paper. Frame is shaky because there’s only 2 screws holding it together on each side. Actually bends outward. So sorry I bought this and wasted $200.
